Merry & Mindful

Design: Merry & Mindful is my vision of the perfect holiday season: one filled with cheer but rooted in mindfulness. During the holidays, it’s so easy to get swept up in the festivities, the rush of shopping, decorating, and endless gatherings. But I wanted to create a reminder to stay centered, to enjoy each moment fully, and to celebrate with intention. For me, Merry & Mindful is about bringing more presence into the season—finding joy in the little things, savoring the warmth of connection, and letting go of the pressure to make everything perfect.

This design is for anyone who wants to celebrate the holidays with a joyful yet grounded heart. It’s a reminder to balance the merry with the mindful, to spread happiness without losing ourselves in the hustle. Merry & Mindful encourages us all to keep our spirits bright while finding calm in the chaos, letting each moment be a gift.

T-shirt: The woman's softstyle tee is a more feminine take on the classic tee. The sleeves are shortened to reveal some shoulder. The fabric is 100% ringspun cotton for all solid colors. The shoulders are taped with twill to prolong durability. The collar seam is reinforced with ribbed knitting.
